Why is my dog reverse sneezing suddenly? What can I do to help?

Willow has woken me up a few times tonight with what sounds like a reverse sneeze, this is the first time shes ever done this! Its happened probably 4 or 5 times tonight and was wondering if theres anything I can do to help or anything that wouldve caused it? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 45 lbs
