Why is my 3-month puppy vomiting, having bloody diarrhea, and weak?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 29 days old | 3.3 lbs

Hello I have a 3 months puppy From morning till afternoon she didn’t eat anything and she had vomiting and diarrhea and i saw blood in diarrhea and i heard some sound from her stomach i think she has also stomachache She was so hyper befor But now she is sleeping alot and she doesn’t have any energy We tried to play with her She did it well and she was ok but after playing again she returned to sick side I’m soooo worry Please help us What should I do? Is it seriouse????

So sorry that she isn’t feeling well. She should be examined and treated by a vet in your area. She could have an infection or parasite and your vet can test a stool sample to help determine the cause. She may need fluids to prevent dehydration and medications to control the vomiting and diarrhea.
