Why does my puppy have small black dots on his tummy and legs?

Hi there, my puppy has small scab like black dots on his tummy and legs I’m wondering what it may be, he’s not noticeably itchy or anything. Pet's info: Dog | Goldendoodle | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 1 day old | 10 lbs

It is usually caused by either a yeast infection or an allergy, it could also be caused by a mite infection. if it doesn't resolve within a few weeks i would recommend taking him to the vet in order to get it checked and treated.
