My spayed dog has lumps on both sides of her chest. Is it serious?

Leia was spay when she was around 5 or 6 months old she got her period and we got her fixed that same month now she's 1 year 8 months old and she has this lump on her, it doesn't hurt her when I touch or push on it she eats normal, plays normal and nothing is coming out of her boob what could it be? When I lay her down I can feel it on both sides just one side is bigger than the other. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 1 year and 8 months old | 10 lbs

This is probably the mammary gland and the fat underneath, especially if she is completely fine and there are no other signs. Enlarged lymph nodes (inguinal) may be a possible differential as well. Unfortunately in this case a physical examination would be essential to determine more precisely the underlying cause. I would recommend a vet check up.
