Why is my spayed female dog bleeding and acting like she's in heat?

Hi, I have a 7 years of old Corgi. She was 4 years ago. My male dog acts like she comes in heat every 6 months or so and I keep them apart.. I've never noticed small drops of blood till this time because I'm spending more time with them being out of work. Should I be very concerned about this... She's perfectly healthy except the small drop of blood.. Pet's info: Dog | Pembroke Welsh Corgi | Female | spayed | 6 years and 6 months old | 23 lbs

She also should not be having a bloody vaginal discharge. Rarely, a portion of an ovary can be left behind during the spay surgery. This will cause a dog to go into heat regularly.
