My cat won't eat dry food, seems to have mouth pain. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 15 lbs

My cat is 4 years old always ate dry food for the past few days I thought he was blocked up only poop hard round balls dry as if he were constipated was feeding him can food and gravy he was eating but notice the next day keep wants to eat but it looks like it hurts his mouth gave him some hairball medicine he finally pooped a big croup that was all oily seemed to do better but struggles to eat looks like it hurts him plus won't leave this counter

Hello, sorry that Busrer is not well. If you think his mouth hurts him then he should see a vet - dental issues are very common. You don't want to wait until the problem gets worse before dealing with it. If his mouth hurts that is why he probably doesn't want to eat the dry food. Any diet change (like from dry to wet food) can cause stool changes. I would not be worried about that so much as long as he is passing some stool. Get the teeth looked at it by your vet as soon as you can get an exam.
