My puppy feels warm and was sick. Is it a fever? What should I do?

My puppy is 11 weeks old and feels warm she is eating and drinking was a little sick this mornin is there something to worry about. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 22 days old | 2 lbs

Hi, and thanks for your question. As a first approach, in case this is just an isolate vomiting episode, I would suggest to withhold food for the next 8-12 hours and then start feeding with a bland diet based on boiled chicken and rice in small portion every 6 hours for the following 48hours. Then gradually reintroduce the normal diet over 5 days. I would definitively recommend a veterinary check up if the signs persist or you notice diarrhoea, more vomiting, lethargy or inappetence.
