My dog is vomiting, not eating, and tearing up. Vet visit needed?

My dog woke up vomiting yesterday, he didn't eat during the whole day and doesn't want to eat today. He has been pooping okay, actually more than normal but not diarrhea. He has also been tearing up this past week which is not normal on him. Should I take him to the vet today or should I wait til Monday? Also, he was eating grass today while he was out. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 4 years and 8 months old | 32 lbs
