My dog's home from vet for vomiting, but won't eat or drink. What now?

My staffy got discharged today after overnight stay for vomiting but he is not eating and I am having to syringe water into him he takes big hard gulps doing this should I be worried

It sounds like Trouble has been pretty sick if he was kept overnight for vomiting, and it is a bit concerning you have to syringe water in him. Have you offered water to him and he refuses to drink it? Keep a close eye on him tonight, and if he's still this way in the morning, take him back into the vet. If he starts vomiting again, take him into an ER vet right away. Best of luck.
