Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 month old

Kitten born May 25th is not pooping it's like its constipated and it's too big & too hard to come out. Also as of today it's not wanting to eat/drink (from the mother) drink any water (from a dropper) however it was drinking water earlier and when we tried to feed it regular wet food (yesterday) it wouldnt even taste it. We have tried rubbing the belly area and the bottom with a warm wash cloth.

baby Elvis needs to see the veterinarian today. It sounds like he may need an enema and a stool softener. Constipation issues can escalate quickly and become serious. It is now making him feel bad and he is likely in pain (hence not wanting to eat or drink). Have him examined today and best of luck.
