Pet's info: Bird | Cockatiel | Male | unneutered | 0 lbs
Lately when my cockatiel sneezes it is wet, the liqiud is clear and thin also it isn't mucousy. There is no crust around his nose but it is slightly wet around his nasals. He seems fine other than that and being moody since I'm pretty sure he is molting. I'm not sure how old he is but I think he's around 5 months, and a normal weigit for a cockatiel. Please tell me if this is normal or if I should take him to a vet. Thank you so much for your time.

Hi, and thanks for your question. This sign could be compatible with an upper respiratory tract inflammation/infection or possibly to a rhinitis (inflammatory, allergic, infective). A clinical examination at your local veterinarian is essential to confirm these clinical suspicions and treat appropriately. Antibiotics may be needed.
