My cat's anus is bleeding and leaking clear fluid. What should I do?

My cat started bleeding a little bit from his anus according to the internet this could be something serious. I got him at one year old he wasn’t fixed. Some clear fluid is coming out as well, please help. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 5 months old
