My 7-year-old dog has chronic kidney failure. What's her prognosis?

I know it’s very difficult to tell but my 7 year old dog was told she has chronic kidney failure and I’m so sad. Her BUN went from 2.5 to 2.9 and everything else Seems fine she’s stop urinating often and drinks a lot less water and her BUN is also fine. What would be her prognosis or how is it looking like. Any tips on how I can extend her time. Love her so much thank you! Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | 31 lbs

Without more details, there's really no way for us to say if she has chronic kidney failure or not, what stage she's in, or what treatment options might be helpful.
