Why is my dog losing weight, weak, and has lumps on her neck?

Over the last few weeks my dog a female boxer has started losing weight, fast. Not eating dry food. We got her can food and she eats that a little. We found two knots on her neck next to her throat. One on the left side is larger and feels attached to something. One on the right is smaller and can move around in fingers. She has lost strength and has a hard time getting up off the floor and can’t jump on the bed. This has all happened pretty fast Eating grass. Drinking lots of water. Then vomit. Pet's info: Dog | Boxer | Female | spayed | 50 lbs

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Rosie. I recommend that she sees a veterinarian. Her symptoms are worrisome, especially the knots in her neck. Depending in their location, these could be enlarged lymph nodes. This is a very serious problem if this occurs. If this is not the case, her veterinarian will thoroughly examine her and determine what else may be wrong. Then treatment can be started to hopefully make her feel better.
