Why is my French bulldog puppy itchy with red ear and skin discharge?

Hi. My french bulldog puppy has red liquid coming Out of his creases and red and brown ear wax looking liquid from his ears. He has also been very itchy.

Poor pup! It looks like he probably has an ear infection, as well as a skin conditions such as allergies, a bacterial or fungal skin infection, or skin mites (mange) based on what I can see in the photos. The ear infection will need prescription ear drops from your vet to treat. Treatment for the skin condition will depend on what the underlying problem is, so you'll want to get a diagnosis first in order to know what is needed. I would recommend taking your pup to the vet for an exam when you are able to. He/she can examine the discharge in her ear to see what kind of infection is present, and can also do some simple skin tests if needed to diagnose the problem so he can get started on appropriate treatment.
