My dog has hair loss and red bumps. Is it mange? How to treat it?

Pet's info: Dog | Siberian Husky | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 13 days old | 22 lbs

I am not sure if it is Mange. But symptoms are same..please suggest medicine or injection to get my pup rid of this disease. Also if there is any supplement we can use for future prevention.? he have loss of hair in his chin as well as eye area and around his lips.. and red bumps around his body... Looks like pimple. Also in my last question I attached photos but did i guess Vet did not receive it.

This is very likely mite infestation indeed, although only a skins scrape can confirm it. i recommend getting either injectble ivermectin or Bravecto tablet, which can also be used to prevent future mite infestation.
