Why does my bulldog shake or tremble only when he's sleeping?

My bulldog (4 years old) started a tremor only when sleeping, I thought it was low sugar but I gave him honey and PB but nothing helps, I don’t know what to do. Pet's info: Dog | Bulldog | Male | 4 years old | 58 lbs

Hi there. I would recommend taking a video of what this looks like when he's sleeping, and showing it to your regular veterinarian. It may be a neurologic problem of some kind, or could simply be normal dreaming. Your veterinarian should be able to tell you if it's anything to worry about, and can recommend further testing to help diagnose the problem if needed.
