Why is my puppy vomiting worms, has diarrhea, and bloody stool?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 2 months and 5 days old | 450 lbs

My puppy seems fine but has diarehea and yesterday she vommited round worm and her stool is loose and had a drop of blood. But before somedays when i took her to the vet he told us no need to worry and gave ofloxacin & ornidazole suspension what should i do doctor? Will she die?

Poor Lola! Hopefully she will be fine but I do recommend to have her examined again (have her examined today) by the veterinarian and bring in another stool sample. Let them know you saw a worm. The diarrhea could be due to many conditions and it's possible she needs different diagnostics, a different diet or different medications. With continued diarrhea, there are often bacterial shifts in the gut that will make matters worse regardless of the initial cause. Many times a bland diet can help.
