My cat has a dark, growing ball under his skin. Could it be cancer?

Hi my cat developed a small bump that seems to have grown quite larger. It’s dark in color and when I feel it it feels like a ball under his skin. Does not seem to bother him. Could it be just a growth should I be worried it’s cancerous? Pet's info: Cat | Himalayan | Male
