Poor Pup! Chronic loose stool can have many causes. If you have ruled out worms then you should move on to the next round of diagnostics. Check with your veterinarian to make sure she has been tested for giardia. Get that checked if this has not been done. The next steps would then likely include either a diet trial with a hydrolyzed protein to rule out a food allergy or possibly inflammatory bowel disease; a diet trial of a low residue diet; bloodwork to check for liver disease, Addision's or pancreatic insufficiency; a fecal culture to check for unusual/unexpected/resistant bacteria; or an endoscopy to collect biopsies. Just like humans, there are several potential causes and your veterinarian should help to guide you through the process of discovering the underlying cause. Once you know why this is happening, you can get it appropriately addressed. A good food to feed in general for pets is Royal Canin so you may consider switching the diet. This diet tends to be highly digestible and easy on the intestinal cells. I hope this helps and best of luck.
