Pet's info: Cat | Burmese | Female | spayed | 11 years and 1 month old
My cat is 11, she has had issues with her poop since she was a kitten but lately it has gotten really bad. she has constant diarrhoea and sometimes while she is sleeping it will come out like a explosive fart. I've tried many remedies and no vet can tell me what seems to be wrong with her over the years and I dont know what to do anymore considering it seems to be getting worse and im having to bathe her as the poo gets everywhere. She is a happy cat, only she has a lot of trouble pooping.

I suggest you try a long term course of a probiotic (like 6-8 weeks). You need a good probiotic made for cats. I suggest Fortiflora. One box is 30 days worth. Just sprinkle one packet of the powder over her food once a day. It is very palatable.
