My senior cat has chronic green eye discharge. Could it be dental?

Pet's info: Cat | Siamese | Female | unspayed | 17 years and 4 months old

My cat is 18 years old. Since 3 years she is suffering from that problem under her eye. It's getting dry then again start to creat green liqued. We used many medecine advices by vet clinics but didn't help. I suspect she have a problem with her teath. In that case what can i do? Please help

Without seeing a photo of the problem it is hard for me to comment. My best guess just based on the limited information is that she has a tooth root abscess of the upper premolar - very common for this to cause an abscess under the eye area. Short of pulling the tooth, this is not likely to resolve; which is why it keeps recurring. If you don't want her to have the tooth pulled for whatever reason, then you should ask your vet about long term or pulse antibiotic therapy to help keep the infection under control. There is nothing over the counter that will help this problem. If you would like to post again with photos I can maybe help you more.
