Should I use apple cider vinegar and peroxide for my dog's ear?

My dog seems to have an ear infection and I read online that drops of apple cider vinegar mixed with hydrogen peroxide would be good to kill the infection is this a wise idea and would it work? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | unneutered | 25 lbs
