Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | neutered | 6 years and 8 months old | 20 lbs
Over night he just grew that on his tongue, theres no behavioral differences. Peeing just fine (but about 3 or 4 weeks ago his pee had some white stuff on it). Pooping just fine. Eating everyday, all his food. Same energy as always. Hes a rescue half chihuahua, 6 years old, up to date with all vaccinations. One dietary change, about 3 weeks ago I started giving him some probiotics and cranberry relief.

It could be a small ulcer, or maybe Max bit his tongue. I'd keep an eye on it for now. If it gets bigger, starts to bother him, you see excessively drooling, loss of appetite, or it doesn't appear to be healing, have him seen by a vet. Best of luck.
