Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 1 day old | 15 lbs
5 1/2 month old puppy got sick (vomit and diarrhea) two weeks ago from what we assume was his Fromm formula food. Switched from non-grain to with grain and got sick again. Vet had him on chicken and rice for a week and then we have him currently on RC Hydrolyzed Protein food.. lab tests normal, no blockages... got sick again last night. Any recommendations on diet? Vet says it is likely food related but not sure. Is this just trial and error at this point? Still has great energy and playfulness.

It may be a bit too soon to determine whether or not the new diet is helping. I typically recommend sticking to a diet for 2-4 weeks to see if gastrointestinal signs improve. There might also be some other things to test for - you may want to check in with your vet and see if there is anything else they would recommend.
