My puppy is still sick after vet visits, lethargic and not eating.

Question

Luna has been sick for more than a week now.Visited 2 vets several times but it's not helping.She's lethargic, has pale gums, gets eye gunk that keeps her from opening her eyes, pale & cold paws, sleeps all day & doesn't eat on her own. Doesn't vomit, can walk & drinks water on her own. I syringe feed her, give her dextrolyte, vitamins, honey & apple cider vinegar sometimes.She's also isolated but doesn't have deworming and any vaccines yet because I'm worried it might just worsen everything. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 13 days old

Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. You don’t mention what tests the veterinarians have done. Luna should be checked and treated for parasites if found. She may need to be tested for oarvo as well. Many parasites can cause anemia and death in puppies so I recommend a follow up vet visits with diagnostics to find out exactly what is causing her signs.
