Why is my dog's nose bleeding a little, but he's still active?

His nose outside looks like this and from inside nostril there's little blood coming so what does this blood indicate ? Is it some kind of serious disease ? He is eating properly also playing well and is active

It's possible there could be an injury, irritation, or foreign body stuck in the nose. If the bleeding continues or you see other signs such as trouble breathing, pawing at the nose, coughing, sneezing, etc, then it is best to seek out veterinary care and have it examined.
