My 40 pound schnauzer, ate a taco truck burrito last night which contained onions, it has been almost a day since she ate it we just figured it out now. She has been fine and acting normal! how long does if any intoxication arrive or will she have any GI upset?

It may take several days for clinical signs of toxicity to develop. This may include lethargy, weakness, pale gums, panting, exercise intolerance or elevated heart rate. If you don't see any of these symptoms within 96 hours of ingestion, then she is likely "out of the woods". An exam is always recommended if only for peace of mind. She would likely need to eat at least 4 ounces of onions to be at risk of a serious toxicity.
