Kitten's diarrhea worse after deworming. Is this normal for kittens?

Hey, so I saw a vet on Monday with my now 10 week old kitten, he had a swollen bum and Diarrhoea, the vet gave him a worming tablet and the vet pro digestive function paste to help make his stools solid but thy have become more runny, is this normal?

Congrats on your new kitten, but I’m sorry Salem has diarrhea. If he had worms and was given a deworming treatment, then you can see more diarrhea due to the dead worms being passed. The diarrhea should improve, but if it doesn’t in the next 24-48 hours, then I would take him back into the vet. I hope this helps.
