Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 12 lbs
If I gave my cat roundworm medication within the past 24 hours then found out it was tapeworms, can I immediately give her medication that is meant to treat both tapeworm/roundworm? Or will that be too much roundworm medication within 24 hours? Thanks.

This would depend on the ingredients that you gave today and the ingredients in the tapeworm medication. There are a number of roundworm medications and I would not repeat a similar drug within 24hours but if the drug is a different drug class I would be less concerned. Your vets office may have a tapeworm only preparation available also. Please repost with more information on the active ingredients in the products if you would like further help
