My puppy won't eat, drink, or play and is just sleeping. What's wrong?

My dog use to love food and love to play but from today morning he have not consumed anything, only little bit of water and not even went out, just sleeping in one corner, whats happening? I am really worried. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 3 months and 7 days old | 9 lbs

There are many reasons for a dog to go off his food but in a puppy, this can be extremely serious. They get weak and dehydrated very quickly. I suggest you get him to your vet for an exam as soon as possible.
