My stray kittens are scared and hiss. How do I socialize them?

I have kittens that are stray and I want to make a lovable before surrendering them but everytime they look at me they hiss and they are pretty scared around us I was going to take them around three days what should I do?

The socialization period for kittens is between 2-7 weeks of age, but can be up to 14 weeks of age. During this time, it is important to try to give kittens as many positive experiences as possible.
