My dog can't walk, won't eat, and is throwing up. What's wrong?

My dog suddlenly is unable to walk using her back legs. She wont eat and she puked at least twice. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | spayed | 6 years and 7 months old | 20 lbs

If these signs suddenly appeared a neurological problem is suspected possibly involving the thoraco-lumbar tract of the spinal cord.
