Puppy not eating, losing weight, vomiting, and meds aren't helping?

A 10-11 months old Puppy almost not eating from last 10-12 days, lost weight (Present weight 6.8 KG), sometime vomating....syrup for liver & enzyme are being given to him along with a aciloc injection. but no development. Now what to do. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 14.99 lbs
