Why did my dog suddenly die after drinking, peeing, and being tired?

Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Pinscher | Male | unneutered | 7 years and 5 months old

My dog showed no symptoms only a lot of water and urinated more had whizzing for a long time he was eating but a little tired and one night just dropped dead what could have I done I should have brought him to vet and now I blame myself for is death

Drinking a lot of water (polydipsia), urinating a lot (polyuria) and acting tired (lethargy) can all be symptoms of many different underlying diseases. It is impossible for me to tell you if those had anything to do with his death or not. Try not to be too hard on yourself at this time. Just keep this in mind for the future. Any abnormal behavior or changes in your dog (even if subtle) should be taken seriously and you should have them examined by a veterinarian. Often times thing can be caught early and treated before they become serious. I'm sorry this happened.
