Hi there and thank you for using pet coach to address your concern. If polpetta has a swollen leg and is not putting much weight on it I would recommend having a veterinarian examine him and have x-rays taken of the affected leg to see if there are any broken bones. The veterinarian that examines polpetta can also prescribe pain medications to make him more comfortable. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction. Please feel free to contact me if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.

IF it is badly swollen as your description suggests then there is a good chance that it is broken, i would strongly recommend taking him to the vet as soon as possible as he will need to have an xray done on that leg to assess the damage and injury type.
