Why is my dog's neck lump itchy and bleeding? What's the cause?

Hello we have a female chihuhua who has a lump on her neck which looks like little masses in it ..she itchs at it n makes it bleed.she is 7 years old n weighs 17 pds.please help us as we are very concerned. .thank you mellissa. Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | spayed | 8 years and 3 months old | 17 lbs

This is a wart which is a benign skin growth. They are nothing to be overly concerned about. If it continues to be irritated and cause her to itch it you can have it surgically removed.
