What to do if you find a sick stray cat in Italy with no money?

Found a cat in italy who is very sick with breathing issues and is very skinny. We have seen this cat come to our holiday house alot of times but now she is very sick, are there any free vets in italy? We have no koney tomoay for her

Unfortunately no, there are likely no free vets in Italy. Vets cannot work for free, or they wouldn't be able to keep their business running, afford medication and equipment, or pay their utilities and employees. I would see if there is a local cat rescue or animal shelter in which you can bring her into right away. They can get the veterinary help she needs, and find her a home. Best of luck!

You can either travel to a 24 hour emergency vet clinic if possible (and if you are prepared to take financial responsibility) or you could also contact animal control in your area. Please contact your local humane society for advice on subsidized and free clinics in your area, there are many charities which are happy to help in such a situation. In the meantime try to encourage fluid intake and offer small, bland meals of cooked chicken, egg or fish

I am sorry that your cat is having health issues. I think all vets understand that animals get sick and that some owners have a hard time paying for vet bills but vets also need to pay their own bills and may not be able to afford to give free services. Discuss with your vet the minimum treatment plan that might help your cat. Also, ask if they have a payment plan or accept care credit. There might also be a low cost clinic in your area that may be able to help. You could also contact your local humane society and see if they can help. Hope that you can find some help for your cat.

This kitty came to my house few hours ago. She seems to be physically unwell, when I found her she was shaking and drooling and she's incredibly thin.. it's past midnight so I can't do much now, I gave her some cat food and a box with pillow outside.
Oh no, this poor kitty! She really does need to see a vet first thing in the morning. Keep her indoors and warm, offering her food and water. Have your parents take her into a vet immediately in the morning.

No, you cannot give him Imodium. He has to see a vet for this now. If paying for a vet is an issue, you can see if your vet accepts payment plans, if there is a low cost clinic in your area, or you can apply for Care Credit online. There is also an organization called Red Rover that give grants for treatment of sick animals, and you can see if you qualify for one of their grants. So sorry about your cat. You could call some local rescues or shelters in your area and see if anyone can help your cat get some veterinary care. That is very nice that you rescued him from an abused home and I hope you can find someone to help, especially if he has a broken leg or rib. For the diarrhea, you could buy a broad spectrum dewormer at a pet store and see if that helps. If he has parasites, it might help the diarrhea but it sounds like he really needs to see a vet. Hope you find some help!

He does need to see a vet as soon as possible, as he could have a severe respiratory infection, heart disease, or possibly even cancer if he's an older cat. I would call the RSPCA to come out and get him. They can get him the medical treatment he needs.
