My puppy is struggling to understand potty training. We are doing everything we are supposed to do( crate training, every 30 minutes, saying potty when she goes and treat) but it just seems like she still is having multiple accidents a day. We have to carry her to her potty spot outside because she is afraid to go down our stairs from our balcony to the backyard. Do you think her not physically walking to her potty spot is making it difficult for her to understand how to go outside for potty?

Hi there and thank you for using pet coach to address your question. I don't believe that her not physically walking to her potty spot is making it more difficult for her to learn. Seeing that she is only 2 months old, potty training can take time and lots of patience. I would look into using FreshPatch to help potty train her. You order this patch of grass in a cardboard container and it is used as a potty mat for training. I've had great success using the product and it seems to work quickly. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.
