Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Samoyed | Male | unneutered | 5 months and 7 days old | 19 lbs

I have a 5 month old Samoyed. I was feeding him a raw food diet plus royal canine. however my husband has early alhiemers and keeps forgetting to wash his hands. thus a lot of illness. can I feed him royal canine only?

Yes, royal canin is formulated as a complete food providing for all nutritional needs (junior/puppy up until 12-15months and then adult). It is a more balanced diet when fed alone than it is when mixed with other foods which can actually lead to nutritional excesses and deficiencies
