Is my homemade dog food with chicken, rice, veggies safe & complete?

I have a 3 year old male Yorkipoo and a 3 year old female mini aussie. They had loose stool so I started feeding them pumpkin chicken and rice and it really helped. i noticed that their fur stated looking better and their breath smells better and they no longer have a bad body order. I have decided to start feeding them home cooked meals of chicken rice vegetables and beans. is this safe? What else should I put in the food to ensure that they are getting all their nutritional needs. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkipoo | Male | neutered | 12 lbs
