My dog has a bump under his eye, but he's acting normal. What is it?

My dog has a bump under his eye. It doesn’t bug him, not painful. he is eating regularly, drinking regularly and acting perfectly normal

I can definitely see a lump or swollen area under his right eye. This could be due to a tumor of some kind, a localized inflammatory reaction or infection, or an abscessed tooth root. If he's acting normal, I would not consider this to be an emergency, but he does need to be seen by your veterinarian tomorrow if possible. He/she can palpate the area to help determine what is causing the swelling, and will advise you on what kind of treatment is needed depending on what is found.
