Poor Smokey! Grapes and chocolate are toxic to dogs and unfortunately the grapes can lead to kidney failure, which may not be evident for several days. I recommend you contact a vet near you immediately to have Smokey seen right away, and contact the Pet Poison Helpline for further direction. However, the fact that these were also raisins could cause kidney problems. It would be more the raisins I would be worried about. Raisins / grapes can lead to kidney failure and the quantity that needs to be ingested varies with each dog. A dog may eat 1 and develop problems and another dog may eat several and develop no problems. Because of this unpredictability, it is recommended to at least establish a baseline for blood levels. I would take Riley in to have her blood tested to establish her normal levels and evaluate the kidney function. I hope this helps!
