My puppy won't eat or drink and is acting lethargic. What should I do?

My labrador puppy is not eating anything or drinking he was active till 12 pm i gave him his feed at 10 am and now at 4 pm he is not eating or drinking water i give him pedigree puppy veg yesterday he was super active and now he is feeling sleepy. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Labrador | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 15 days old | 3.7 lbs

There are many things that can cause a dog to be inappetant and lethargic.
