Hello and thank you for reaching out to Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Most dogs will prefer to eat something as tasty as meat, and will not want to eat dog kibble instead. If she knows that if she doesn't eat the kibble, she will get fed meat and milk, she will continue to not eat the kibble. She needs to know - or at least think - that the kibble will be her only food from now on, and she will eventually eat it when she gets hungry enough. You can supplement her kibble with vegetables such as carrots and green beans, but do not add meat or milk. I hope this is helpful.
