Why is my new puppy scratching until he bleeds and loses hair?

Please help I just got a puppy in rough shape and I don’t know what to do . He scratches his self to the point of hair loss and bleeding . Please help he was in a bad situation before and I’m trying to get him back to health. I have used wipes for when he comes back inside o have given him his first round of shots and dewormer at Petco . I have given him k9 advantix and switched his food from pedigree to simply nourish puppy dog food . He’s was born in early febuary and he’s a jack russell chihu. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 2 months and 16 days old | 4 lbs

Poor Coco! He needs to see he veterinarian for some simple diagnostics to check for skin mites and ringworm (which humans can get). These are very common in puppies as are flea allergies (some need something stronger than a topical medication). Food allergies can occur but are much less common. Get him seen today so that you can figure out the cause and get him feeling better quickly.
