Hello. Your picture is a bit blurry, but it does look like there is a staph infection going on. If you are not using stainless steel or ceramic food & water dishes, I would switch over. You need to pick up an antiseptic skin cleanser like Hibiclens ( chlorhexidine ), available at any pharmacy, & gently clean the chin area twice a day. It may take 10 -14 days for the lesions to start to clear, but if things are not looking better or seem to be getting worse, please see your veterinarian. Your pup may need antibiotics.
