Why is my dog throwing up yellow bile repeatedly after spay surgery?

my dog has thrown up a softball sized puddle of yellow bile/ mucus 9 times in the past 4 hours. she was spayed today. she's only drank a small amount of water and eaten nothing. should I be worried? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 52 lbs

While vomiting can be seen following anesthesia 9 times in 4 hours seems excessive and I would be concerned about dehydration. I would recommend either contacting your vet or seeing an emergency veterinarian for an exam. They could also give Molly anti-nausea medication.
