My 10 month old goldendoodle is sleeping alot. She does not want to play. She does not have much of an appetite and has not had a bowel movement. She also smells like blood but I do not see blood.

These are somewhat vague signs that could be seen with a number of problems, but if Bella has been lethargic and had a decrease in appetite for more than a day I'd recommend seeing your vet. You may want to monitor her closely when she goes outside to defecate: if she has diarrhea it could be the source of the blood smell.

Theses signs are quite concerning. Keep a close eye on Bella, and have her seen by a vet in the morning. If starts vomiting, stops eating, has diarrhea, or starts vomiting water, take her into an ER vet right away. Best of luck.
