My dog keeps throwing up foamy food right after eating. What to do?

My dog is struggling to keep her food down. Everytime she eats, she brings it up again straight away and the food is covered with foam. Pet's info: Dog | Basset Hound | Female | unspayed | 10 years and 2 months old

Bella sounds very sick. I see she is unspayed, and she could have a pyometra causing this vomiting. A pyometra is an infection of the uterus that is fatal without treatment. It could also be she has pancreatitis, a severe GI illness, or a foreign body. She sounds very sick, and she needs to see a vet now. Please take her into one immediately. Best of luck.
